We'd like to first thank Marion once again for helping us along on our journey to buying a home as first time home buyers. From beginning to closing, she was extremely helpful and continuously making sure that everything was done punctually. Marion was very patient with us and explained everything in detail as well as breaking down all the information so we understood what we were signing. first met Marion years before I bought a home, before I was ready to buy a home. I had terrible credit & had a lot of debt. She was extremely kind and helped me set up a plan to get on track to buying a home. A few years later, here I am, great credit, no debt, now ready to buy. With so many options for a lender out there, my first choice was Marion and she did not disappoint! She was there for me every step of the way, answering all my questions and making sure I was never in the dark. Now I finally have my first home and I was even able to utilize an amazing first time homebuyer program that many of my homebuyer friends had no idea about, all thanks to Marion! Marion was extremely helpful throughout our buying process. She quickly ran scenarios for us and helped us figure out what was best for our us. Marion pointed us in the right direction in terms of First Time Homebuyer programs which were crucial. She was quick top provide resources and any contacts that would be of help.
